There are currently over two million companies in Poland, of which 99.8 percent are micro, small and medium enterprises. They are the driving force of the economy, generating nearly half of Poland’s GDP and employing over 6.6 million people. The specific needs, expectations and organisational conditions of the SME sector are also increasingly noticed by private healthcare providers.
Based on our experience, we can say that companies from the SME sector are open to investing in private healthcare. Currently, approx. 5,000 of our corporate clients are small and medium enterprises. Many of them are legal, accounting, consulting, and advertising companies, as well as market and public opinion research agencies. They also include companies and startups operating within the IT industry. We notice that many of the business owners, especially in these economic sectors, began their careers in large companies, where private healthcare was a standard benefit provided by the employer,
